Lazarettes

Lazarettes are a Toronto-based alternative rock outfit that blends sharp songwriting, soaring five-part vocal harmonies and driving rhythm.  Renowned for their live performances and lyrics, the band are releasing singles in the Spring of 2026 as a lead-up to their new album, following 2025’s Sweet Misery, produced by Ron Hawkins of the legendary Lowest of the Low. 

The band includes five songwriters (Chris Tait, Bryce Thomas, Richard Peirce, Chris Monster and Adam Warner, known for playing with artists like Jill Barber, Royal Woods, and Ron Sexsmith.

The new single Undertow, is a rallying cry for activation, capturing an alt rock punk energy, urging audiences to join the battle against apathy in the face of overwhelming news cycles.  It’s also a great summer banger of a tune.
